2-3PM – Guided gentle movement, relaxation and meditation with gong by Jai Lynn and Monte
3-4PM – Grounding, restorative slow flow yoga, suitable for all levels by Cassondra Trautsch
4-5PM – Group coaching circle with Brittany Martin
Bring a yoga mat or large towel and water. Snacks will be provided. Donations appreciated.
